We will sample several Champagnes and Sparkling Wines from around the world for this festive wine dinner. TUESDAY, January 13th 7:00 pm Zinfandel has long been considered America's vine and wine. It has been shown, however, to be related to other grapes in the world (Primitivo & Crljenak Kaštelanski ), but grown most extensively here and still remains "America's", and specifically, California's grape. It has distinct identifiable flavor characteristics that we will explore in this wine tasting dinner. Food will be paired with wine.
